Colleen Holmes Learning & Development, a Cairns-based training business focused on literacy and employability skills, needed a better way to scale its blended learning model and support learners with low digital confidence and diverse backgrounds. With iSpring, Colleen Holmes Learning & Development created microcourses, used relatable characters and clean templates, and assigned personalized learning through iSpring LMS with strong reporting and learner tracking. The results were substantial: the team has uploaded 150 microcourses with 300 more in development, about 80% of training is now delivered online, and the learner base has tripled.
