BEST SAP, an official SAP partner, needed a more efficient way to train customers, internal consultants, and resellers when face-to-face sessions became impractical during the COVID-19 pandemic. The company was looking for an LMS and content creation tool, and chose iSpring to launch its online BEST Learning System and replace its traditional classroom-style training.

Using iSpring LMS and iSpring Suite, BEST SAP built reusable online courses with videos, quizzes, assignments, and certificates, while also tracking learner progress and reporting on results. The new approach cut training for major modules from 3 days to 5–6 hours, reduced costs, and made training available 24/7 for global users; BEST SAP says each new implementation now saves customers about 2 days of training time and consultants about 3 days, with 29 learning tracks created since launch.
