ALLO Communications, a Nelnet company providing fiber phone, broadband, and TV to residents and businesses across 11 cities in Nebraska and Colorado, needed more engaging eLearning for its 500 employees—especially ~275 customer service and technical support staff. Previously training was limited to videos, PDFs, or slides with basic quizzes, which felt uninteractive and failed to hold learners’ attention.
ALLO adopted iSpring Suite for its ease of use, customization, price, and support, enabling a small training team to build interactive courses (using dialog simulations, interactions, varied quizzes, and integrated narrations) and publish SCORM packages to their LMS. The result: 16+ courses rolled out company-wide, employees complete training about 47% faster (average completion fell from 17 to 9 days), and staff report higher engagement and retention because they enjoy the courses.
