Acer, through its Acer Service team, needed a flexible way to train students, teachers, and technicians at schools to repair Chromebook hardware locally. Using iSpring LMS and iSpring Suite, Acer built a self-paced Student eLearning Repair Program to support qualified schools that maintain their own devices.
Acer and iSpring created a five-chapter course with videos, quizzes, interactive lessons, downloadable resources, and a final hands-on assessment. The program has been deployed at more than 15 schools, enrolled nearly 400 learners, and helped 27 Minnesota high school students earn Acer Chromebook Repair Techspert certification, giving students real-world repair skills while improving school-level Chromebook maintenance.
