Data Warehouse Service Provider, a global data-warehousing public company based in Turkey, needed to stop using Microsoft SQL Server as its main RDBMS and move to a platform that could better support its changing business needs. It contacted Ispirer Systems for help, using the Ispirer Toolkit License to address the migration challenge.

Ispirer Systems analyzed the customer’s code, extended the toolkit with additional conversion rules for SQL Server features such as CTEs, TRY...CATCH, RAISERROR, IDENTITY, multi-column primary keys, table-valued functions, views, and SELECT INTO, then supported the migration with the customer’s team. The result was an automated conversion of 100,000 lines of code to Teradata, helping complete the database migration quickly and keep the platform aligned with business needs.
