How VSHN reduced their Kubernetes support burden with Cilium

VSHN, Switzerland’s leading partner for DevOps, Container and Kubernetes, needed better multi-tenant network observability and less support overhead for its APPUiO Kubernetes offerings. As adoption grew, customers increasingly relied on VSHN’s support team for troubleshooting connectivity and network policy issues, creating a clear need for self-service insight and more visibility into application traffic.

To address this, VSHN selected Isovalent Cilium Enterprise as the networking backbone for APPUiO Cloud, adding Hubble-based flow visibility, service mapping, and network policy insights for customers. The result was lower support burden, multi-tenant service mapping, and high-performance CNI capabilities, while also giving VSHN access to enterprise support from the creators of Cilium for mission-critical workloads.
