Transnet Engineering achieves rapid ROI with IsoMetrix EHS

Transnet Engineering engaged IsoMetrix to standardize and automate its fragmented EHS processes across eight business units, 132 depots and six factories after inconsistent ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 practices produced widespread confusion and a high number of audit findings. IsoMetrix was implemented over a 14‑month project (500 users, project cost USD 230,000) to automate document control, notifications, reporting and dashboards; reports that once took senior staff days are now instant. The result: audit findings fell from about 1,500 to ~90 (>90% improvement), external audit costs dropped from USD 1.2M to USD 274K (≈77% reduction), disabling injury frequency rates fell (e.g., from 1.02 in 2012 to 0.42 by March 2016), and the estimated ROI period was just 2–3 months following IsoMetrix adoption.
