Senwes Tuisblad, a leading South African agricultural group, faced the challenge of replacing spreadsheet‑based quantitative risk processes with an integrated, real‑time management system for Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance (HSEC), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Compliance and Internal Audit. To standardize, simplify and automate risk reporting, Senwes Tuisblad engaged IsoMetrix to deliver a tailor‑made GRC suite and ERM software that would meet its chosen risk methodology and business needs.

IsoMetrix implemented modules for ERM, Compliance, EHS and Internal Audit, integrated third‑party Key Risk Indicator feeds, and delivered real‑time dashboards that now monitor roughly 260 identified risks across 22 categories. The IsoMetrix solution replaced slow spreadsheets, improved departmental efficiencies and risk‑management maturity, and enabled timely and accurate reporting of exposures (residual risk ranges cited at about USD 21 million up to USD 42.5 million for catastrophic events); post‑implementation support from IsoMetrix has also been highly responsive.
