Metorex, a mining company operating across five sites, was managing Safety, Environment and Community risks with a largely manual, paper-based system and needed an integrated, visible way to control risk in line with corporate and King III principles. After an extensive selection process Metorex chose IsoMetrix as its Risk Management and Sustainability solution to provide a consistent, group-wide approach to EHS and risk management.

IsoMetrix configured and deployed a suite of modules (hazard reporting, audits and inspections, environmental monitoring, stakeholder and action management, incident and risk management) and QlikView dashboards, rolled out to 330 IsoMetrix users across five sites. The implementation delivered a structured, transparent process with better trend analysis and visibility, faster closure of outstanding actions, and strong ongoing support — moving Metorex from paper-based processes to an integrated, actionable GRC system.
