Hernic Ferrochrome (Pty) Ltd, the world’s fourth-largest integrated ferrochrome producer based in Brits, South Africa, faced the challenge of managing SHEQ and compliance across 700 permanent employees, 3,000 contractors and three sites while integrating with core operational systems.
