Case Study: Transnet Engineering achieves rapid, integrated quality management and real-time reporting with IsoMetrix

Transnet Engineering, a large South African rail organisation, faced fragmented, paper- and spreadsheet-based quality systems that made reporting, trend analysis and regulatory compliance slow and labour-intensive. To address this, they engaged IsoMetrix and implemented IsoMetrix’s Quality Management solution to replace manual processes and centralise management-system data.

IsoMetrix rolled out the solution in three months, consolidating legacy data and enabling decentralised electronic capture across the organisation (just under 3,000 users). The IsoMetrix platform created a single point of entry, delivered real-time reporting, an Action Management function to track audits, inspections and non-conformances, reduced downtime and improved operational efficiency, accountability and customer‑relations responsiveness.
