Golder Associates (Golder UK) was tasked with capturing and reporting stakeholder responses to the London–Birmingham High Speed 2 (HS2) project and needed a centralised, secure Stakeholder Management solution that could visualise consultation responses, support simultaneous multi-user data entry, and produce summarised reports for The Examiners of Petitions — all on an extremely tight, three‑week timescale. They engaged IsoMetrix to deliver a bespoke stakeholder-management solution built on the IsoMetrix framework/GRC platform.

IsoMetrix configured and implemented the bespoke system remotely, going live in three weeks (Phase 2 in five days), piloting on a Metrix cloud server before moving to Golder’s European server. The solution delivered QlikView dashboards, real‑time reports, strict duplicate controls and advanced security; 14 users logged 21,834 stakeholder responses in eight months, enabling clear, timely reporting to Parliament and rapid operational adoption — demonstrating IsoMetrix’s agility and measurable impact.
