Endeavour Mining, a top-ten global gold producer operating eight mines across Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire and Senegal, was struggling with an outdated EHS system that failed to deliver timely, comprehensive site-level data or meet growing ESG reporting needs—particularly across French-speaking field teams.
