Key Training Center, a Florida healthcare nonprofit serving people with developmental disabilities, was underusing its human capital management system and struggling with HR inefficiencies, limited payroll capabilities, and a need to move from monthly to biweekly pay. As it approached renewal of its three-year SaaS agreement, the organization turned to isolved and its People Cloud suite to reassess what the platform could do.

isolved worked with Key Training Center to expand use of payroll, time and attendance, scheduling, benefits administration, recruiting integration, training, and compliance tools, while also improving support and training access. The nonprofit completed the move to biweekly payroll in under eight weeks, cut payroll processing time from nine days to one-and-a-half days, saved about $35,000 annually in compliance labor, and reduced employee benefits costs by roughly $1,000 per staff member per year. Rebuilding its relationship with isolved also helped Key Training Center improve efficiency, increase retention, and use HCM more strategically.
