A isolved Case Study
Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, a small nonprofit serving ten locations across Washington State, was struggling with highly manual, paper-based HR processes. Sarah Arquitt, vice president of administration, had to manage payroll, timekeeping, compliance, and HR tasks with little formal infrastructure, while also dealing with growing overtime-compliance requirements and the need to compete for talent. The organization needed a system that could support its operations without straining donor dollars, and turned to isolved, including its timekeeping and core HR tools.
isolved helped Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County digitize time and attendance, connect it to payroll, and add employee self-service, Share & Perform, and onboarding/offboarding capabilities. The result was a major reduction in paper, fewer manual errors, and much faster payroll processing, which Arquitt says cut her payroll day roughly in half and saved about 50% to 70% of the time previously spent on the task. The nonprofit also gained better access to employee records, improved communication across locations, and more time for strategic HR work, with onboarding expected to save another 5% to 7% of time.
