Central Minnesotan Kensington Bank Reports Success in Implementing and Expanding isolved via Partnership With Assethr

Kensington Bank, a central Minnesota bank with about 80 employees, was relying on spreadsheets, email, and paper to manage HR and payroll, creating a heavy administrative burden and limiting its ability to work strategically. After seeing the potential of a modern HRIS, the bank chose isolved, implemented through AssetHR, to replace its manual processes and improve HR efficiency.

With isolved and AssetHR, Kensington Bank modernized HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, employee self-service, compliance tracking, and parts of recruiting and performance management. The bank reported an 85 percent reduction in time spent on open enrollment, a 75 percent drop in time spent answering employee inquiries, an 85 percent decrease in compliance tracking time, and about a 70 percent weekly reduction in administrative load overall, while also improving payroll responsiveness and setting the stage for future expansion into training and performance reviews.
