Zeus® Time Recording and Access Control at Dr. Schär Ag / Spa, The Market Leader for Special Dietary Food

Dr. Schär, the global market leader for special dietary food and gluten-free nutrition, needed a centralized time and attendance system to standardize HR processes across multiple countries and production sites. The company was also looking for a solution that could handle local language requirements, legal and tariff rules, access control, and complex food-industry operating schedules while supporting global standards for food safety and payroll accuracy. ISGUS America was selected to provide the ZEUS® time recording and access control solution.

ISGUS America implemented ZEUS® first in Austria and then rolled it out across 9 locations in 6 countries, including sites in Spain, the UK, Germany, and the USA. The solution was centrally managed, integrated with local payroll interfaces, and extended with access control using existing transponders and hundreds of readers and terminals across Dr. Schär’s facilities. The result was a standardized, internationally scalable system that simplified time management, access administration, and employee corrections across countries, helping Dr. Schär support around 900 employees with much greater efficiency and control.
