Zeus® Saas - the Perfect Fit for Perfect Cleaning

Perfect Building Maintenance, a family-owned cleaning company founded in 1923 and serving more than 60 facilities across the northeast United States, needed a better way to manage employee time and attendance across many buildings and states. With multiple time-capture methods in use and complex union pay rules to handle, the company sought a cloud/SaaS solution that was easy for supervisors to use and flexible enough to support its operations.

ISGUS America implemented the ZEUS® SaaS time and attendance solution, starting with a pilot at One State Street in Manhattan and then expanding after a successful test. The system streamlined supervisor approvals, handled special calculations such as paid lunches, overtime rules, and work orders, and eliminated the need for employees to enter a PIN at fingerprint terminals. As a result, Perfect Building Maintenance planned to roll out 5 to 10 new sites every three months, with orders placed for 8 new buildings and future cloud access planned for more than 50 sites.
