Zeus Helps EDC Serving People in Need

The Evelyn Douglin Center (EDC), a Brooklyn organization supporting people with developmental disabilities, needed a better way to manage time and attendance so it could maintain the right employee-to-client ratios and ensure proper coverage across its facilities and in-home care services. EDC evaluated several vendors in the New York City area and selected ISGUS America for a trial, using the ZEUS® time and attendance solution.

ISGUS America implemented ZEUS® with IT terminals, the ZEUS® Presence Indication, the ZEUS® Group Diary, and the ZEUS® Phone Punch System, along with a bi-directional interface to Broadway Database Services. After a three-month trial covering three facilities and 12 in-home care users, ISGUS America passed the evaluation and EDC approved installation of 12 IT 8000 fingerprint terminals and a ZEUS® 400 Employee Software Pack for 10 users, giving Marcelle Bailey greater confidence that clients were receiving proper care and caregivers were being paid correctly.
