Mitsui Rail Capital Europe (MRCE), Europe’s market leader in locomotive leasing, needed a more efficient and fair way to handle time and attendance for its Munich subsidiary’s more than 100 employees. The company wanted to reduce the burden on HR and IT while improving transparency in time tracking, and it chose ISGUS America’s ZEUS® software as a service solution.

ISGUS America implemented ZEUS® for electronic time recording in the cloud, with employees booking time via terminals using tokens or fingerprints and accessing their accounts over the network. The SaaS setup eliminated the need for MRCE to run the system in-house, reduced IT effort and costs to a monthly fee, and passed privacy and data security checks; additional modules can be activated easily as needed, and the solution has been running smoothly since 2015.
