Norauto, a nationwide auto center network, needed to develop a new generation of store managers who were aligned with its corporate culture and values. To foster this transformational leadership and drive internal talent development, the company partnered with isEazy and utilized its isEazy Skills service to create a custom program.

isEazy implemented the "Lideríza-t" program, a blended learning initiative focused on four key management competencies. This solution combined tutored e-learning with practical activities and gamification. The results were highly successful, with a 95% participation rate and high overall satisfaction. Most importantly, there was a clear transfer of learning to the workplace, validated by both participants and their managers, leading Norauto to prepare a third edition of the program.
