A gamified and mobile environment to train the Bridgestone Latin America distribution network

Bridgestone, the world's leading tire manufacturer, faced a significant challenge in training and aligning its extensive, decentralized network of over 1,000 points of sale across Latin America. They needed an innovative and scalable digital solution to provide agile training that could be conducted autonomously, improve technical knowledge, and enhance customer service. To meet this need, Bridgestone partnered with isEazy and implemented its Engage platform.

The solution, an app called Bridgestone University, delivered high-impact microlearning content, gamification for engagement, and a social learning space. This allowed isEazy to help centralize management and provide real-time data analytics. The results were outstanding, with over 2,000 active users onboarded in just four months in Mexico alone. The initiative's success led to its expansion into other countries, establishing Bridgestone as an industry pioneer in this type of training.
