PASCO, a global leader in science education technology for over 50 years, faced the challenge of modernizing its proprietary science learning application. The company needed to scale its platform across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments to make its educational sensors and software accessible on any device in the classroom. ISBX developed the SPARKvue application for iOS, Android, and Windows tablets, Chromebooks, and desktop operating systems using a hybrid HTML5/native environment. The solution receives data from over 80 external sensors via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and USB. This project was completed in record time and resulted in an award-winning app, with ISBX winning Best Education App. The SPARKvue platform is now used in 165 countries and localized in 28 languages.
