Case Study: OneShare Health achieves improved phishing awareness and reduced risky email clicks with IRONSCALES

OneShare Health, a Christian healthcare sharing ministry serving members across the US, faced rising phishing risk as it shifted to a permanent remote workforce with many non-technical, call-center–based employees. To lock down the human element of email security, OneShare Health adopted phishing simulations and user awareness training through IRONSCALES to quickly build staff phishing awareness and streamline their security tools.

IRONSCALES was implemented swiftly across roughly 120 employees and enabled regular, realistic simulations using real-time threat data. Over the period measured, reported phishing rose from 23% to 33% while clicks on malicious links fell from 7% to 5% (Winter 2021 vs. Spring 2022), reducing remediation time and improving overall cyber posture. OneShare Health plans to expand to IRONSCALES’ full platform to further unify email security and training.
