Leading Sovereign Wealth Fund Company, a sovereign wealth fund with a $300 billion portfolio, needed better visibility into cyber threats across its portfolio companies. With IronNet Cybersecurity’s IronDome, the fund deployed on-premise appliances connected to a virtual backend in AWS to share threat intelligence across its portfolio at network speed. The solution has delivered multiple unique detections per week on average, including botnet intrusion attempts and DNS abuse, helping the customer act within 24 hours to stop threats before they entered the network. The firm also reported that IronNet may allow it to reduce other threat-hunting tools and streamline costs, maximizing its cybersecurity investment.
