Vinted, Europe’s leading secondhand fashion marketplace, needed a better way to manage contracts as the company grew rapidly across procurement, shipping, marketing, and support. With only two lawyers handling an expanding volume and variety of agreements, the team wanted a scalable contract lifecycle management solution that could reduce manual work, improve user experience, and support more complex workflows without adding headcount. Vinted selected Ironclad after a full RFP process to replace its previous CLM.
Working with Ironclad and implementation partner Elevate, Vinted launched the new CLM in five months, rolling it out to 120 users across 12 workflows. The solution streamlined contract management, reduced time spent on lower-value tasks, improved autonomy for business teams, and was widely praised for its intuitive user experience; Vinted also integrated Ironclad with procurement, accounting, CRM, and DocuSign systems. While full metrics are still being developed, Vinted reported that workflows are now completed much faster and the legal team can focus more on strategic work.
