Ironclad implemented a centralized CLM platform integrated with Salesforce CPQ, creating a seamless flow from quote creation through contract generation, approval, and execution. The solution reduced contracting time from days to minutes, simplified workflows from multi-step manual processes to as few as eight steps, standardized contract management globally, improved visibility into renewals and obligations, and expanded Skillsoft’s ability to support more countries and regions with the same resources.
