Dentalcorp, Canada’s largest network of dental practices with 550+ clinics, needed a better way to manage a wide range of contracts across procurement and legal. Before switching to Ironclad, their previous CLM platform was difficult to implement and functioned mostly as a document repository, leaving the team unable to build workflows, generate useful reports, or configure metadata effectively.
Dentalcorp implemented Ironclad as a full contract lifecycle management platform with phased rollout, early stakeholder engagement, and tailored migration for different contract types. The results included drafting time dropping from 15 minutes to 4 minutes per contract, over 1,700 contracts loaded into the system, and approximately 90 active users across procurement, legal, IT, finance, and operations. With Ironclad, Dentalcorp gained stronger reporting, faster workflows, and clearer visibility into contract status and approvals.
