Invoca, a revenue execution platform, needed a better way to manage contracts and streamline key business processes as its internal operations grew more complex. After initially using Ironclad CLM as a centralized contract repository for legal paper and MSAs, the team realized they needed a solution that could support order forms, NDAs, vendor contracts, and tighter integration with Salesforce.
Invoca expanded its use of Ironclad by implementing native Salesforce integration for order forms and later connecting Ironclad with Slack for better collaboration and vendor requests. The result was a more efficient quote-to-cash process, improved self-service and internal communication, standardized order forms, and increased deal velocity; notably, Ironclad helped reduce sales contract review rates by 70% through its Salesforce integration.
