Ironclad implemented a clickwrap workflow that lets sales reps send low‑touch, compliant contracts and powers a fully self‑service merchant sign‑up that dynamically generates the correct agreement on the spot based on merchant inputs. The system handles hundreds of contract permutations so legal no longer manually selects documents, enabling small businesses to complete sign‑up without talking to a sales rep or signing a packet and drastically reducing sales/legal touchpoints.
