Ironclad implemented a launch-form-driven ISA/SOW workflow that automatically generates agreements, routes approvals, sends e-signatures, stores documents in Dropbox, and captures metadata. The change cut turnaround from often two weeks to minutes, eliminated 110 contract tickets in three months, captured 20–30 metadata fields per contract, and is projected to remove 2,000 tickets and collect tens of thousands of metadata items over the next year—allowing Dropbox’s Legal team to focus on strategic work.
