ABC Fine Wine & Spirits launches BOPIS with Irish Titan and tests 10,000 Vault users

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, a family-owned retailer with over 125 stores, partnered with Irish Titan to overhaul its e-commerce experience on BigCommerce. The primary challenge was implementing a complex Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) system that could handle more than the platform's 100-location limit, alongside managing location-based inventory, custom loyalty integration, and zone pricing for alcohol shipping regulations in Florida.

Irish Titan developed a custom solution using product variants to represent store-specific inventory and pricing, integrated with ShipperHQ for fulfillment and a custom home store locator saved per user. The new site launched successfully in December 2024. An initial test of their exclusive "Vault" shopping experience for 10,000 users was successful, and the BOPIS functionality has since driven customers into physical stores, creating new opportunities for in-store upselling and cross-selling.
