The Long Partnership is a chartered accountancy and tax practice based in the Highlands with 25 staff across five offices. Facing a need for an easy-to-use online bookkeeping system for a diverse small-business client base, The Long Partnership adopted solutions from IRIS Software Group, notably KashFlow alongside the IRIS Accountancy Suite and IRIS OpenSpace.

IRIS Software Group implemented KashFlow with integration to IRIS Accounts Production and IRIS OpenSpace, plus e-Checklists via IRIS Personal Tax, enabling paperless workflows and live client data access. The result: around forty clients now use KashFlow (with a waiting list), e-Checklists often return within a day, reduced staff processing time, faster preparation of accounts and tax returns, and the practice has even expanded into Austria and France—delivering clear efficiency and collaboration gains.
