Ingham & Co, a 30‑year‑old Yorkshire chartered accountancy practice with four partners and 20 staff, needed to automate and streamline internal processes while maintaining high client service. IRIS Software Group’s KashFlow lets Ingham & Co and its clients convert quotes to invoices on the spot, pull up customer balances instantly, and store VAT returns long‑term, eliminating paper delays and improving credit control. The rollout has delivered “huge efficiencies,” rapid client adoption (including older users), faster responses to HMRC and lenders, and plans to migrate the majority of the firm’s client base to KashFlow.
