PeoplePlus, a leading skills and training business with over 1,500 employees, needed a new ATS after their previous system was no longer supported. The HR team wanted a modern, easy-to-use platform that could handle line-manager self-service, replicate their existing recruitment process, integrate with IRIS Cascade HR Software, and support better candidate and onboarding experiences. They partnered with IRIS Software Group, using IRIS networx, to replace outdated technology and improve recruitment efficiency.

IRIS Software Group implemented IRIS networx ATS with tailored workflows, role-specific adverts and application forms, and later added the Onboarding portal to complete Right To Work checks and documentation before day one. PeoplePlus also adopted MS Teams video interviews and automatic vacancy publishing to the network, which generated 77% of applications and 43% of offers, helping reduce cost per hire to £70.03 for hires made through the automated publishing framework. The modular system, strong support, and flexible functionality helped PeoplePlus improve ROI and streamline recruitment end to end.
