Parkinson’s UK, a UK charity with 250+ employees, needed to modernize and speed up recruitment under a tight timetable. Their priorities were a fully automated, auditable end-to-end hiring process, flexible video management and more engaging advert templates; they engaged IRIS Software Group to deliver a solution that would integrate with their existing Cascade HR Software.

IRIS Software Group built and deployed a bespoke ATS and advert suite integrated with Cascade, enabling video-enabled, interactive adverts (Google Maps, image carousels, “meet the team”) and automated hiring workflows. Delivered in around six weeks with minimal downtime, the implementation removed a large proportion of manual data administration by connecting the employee lifecycle end-to-end, improved candidate experience and helped Parkinson’s UK become more digitally competent.
