Oak Tree Mobility plants the seeds to success with Staffology HR

Oak Tree Mobility, the UK’s leading mobility specialist with around 75 employees, was hamstrung by legacy paperwork, spreadsheets and manual HR processes that left the HR team unable to focus on strategic work and without proper reporting. To address this, Oak Tree moved to IRIS Software Group’s Staffology HR to consolidate records, improve visibility and replace paper-based workflows.

IRIS Software Group implemented Staffology HR across Oak Tree, migrating manager forms (ATRs, new-employee details, return-to-work), adding mandatory digital fields, auto-event notifications, a company-wide appraisal process and a mobile app for their sister company. The changes eliminated many spreadsheets and chasing for missing information, cut the ATR approval process down to about 40 minutes, enabled holiday self-booking and team absence visibility, and boosted employee engagement — with Oak Tree now planning to integrate Staffology payroll next.
