North Chadderton School use PS Connect to manage parent engagement

North Chadderton School, a busy secondary school and sixth form with over 1,500 students, wanted a better way to manage parental engagement. After using another product, the school needed a solution that could support a school app and send in-app notifications to reach every parent on every device. IRIS Software Group provided PS Connect, now known as IRIS Reach, to meet that need.

With IRIS Software Group’s PS Connect, North Chadderton School now communicates with parents through in-app messages, text, and email, including targeted and branded messages sent by different staff members. The school uses the platform daily for detention notices, event updates, and a weekly parent bulletin, and says it has improved home-school communication, saved time, and delivered positive feedback from parents. The school also found the solution cost-effective and easier to use than its previous software.
