Next Stage is a North West care and support services provider operating from six locations with over 230 staff. Faced with manual holiday and absence processes, limited manager access to employee records, a single HR manager handling time-consuming admin, and the need to integrate with payroll, time & attendance and training systems, Next Stage selected IRIS Software Group’s IRIS HR to modernise HR, onboarding and workforce management.
IRIS Software Group implemented IRIS HR to digitise employee records, automate holiday and absence workflows, give managers a 360° view of staff, and integrate with existing payroll, T&A and training tools. The solution streamlined onboarding, reduced HR admin and improved compliance and reporting; Next Stage grew from about 60 to 230 FTEs in two years without expanding HR headcount, avoided approximately three additional FTEs and saved a further FTE by integrating absence bookings with payroll.
