Case Study: MindWise achieves streamlined HR and elevated wellbeing with IRIS Software Group's Cascade HRi

MindWise leverages HR software to transform processes and elevate mental wellness

MindWise is a leading membership-based mental health charity in Northern Ireland with around 120 staff plus 60 volunteers that had been managing HR via paper holiday cards and scattered spreadsheets. To modernise HR and recruitment, MindWise engaged IRIS Software Group and implemented Cascade HRi in 2016, later adding IRIS Networx to bring recruitment into the same platform and introduce employee self-service.

IRIS Software Group’s Cascade HRi consolidated MindWise’s people data, gave managers secure visibility of their teams, and enabled accurate reporting across multiple cost centres so the charity could align HR reporting with financial management and funders’ requirements. The integrated addition of IRIS Networx has begun to streamline recruitment processes; overall the IRIS solution saved time, transformed reporting to the board and funders, and provided the data-driven insight MindWise needed to improve operations and staff wellbeing.
