Meet Abbey Catholic Primary School's 'ParentMail King'!

Abbey Catholic Primary School partnered with IRIS Software Group to improve parental engagement and move toward a paperless environment using ParentMail. Their challenge was getting parents fully registered and active on the communications system so the school could rely on it for newsletters, club information, competitions, and other important updates.

IRIS Software Group helped the school drive uptake through a focused registration campaign, support at parents’ evening, and stronger encouragement to switch from paper to digital communications. As a result, Abbey Catholic Primary School increased parent registration to 99%, with 80% of parents using the app, and improved the speed and efficiency of managing PE and after-school clubs and other school communications.
