Case Study: Tally Accounts achieves a cloud‑enabled, paperless practice with IRIS Software Group (KashFlow)

KashFlow online accounting software marks a major milestone in Tally Accounts’ digital journey

Tally Accounts, the digital arm of Deans (Staffordshire) Limited with nearly 30 staff, wanted to move to the cloud to improve internal efficiency and build closer, collaborative relationships with clients. To achieve this they worked with IRIS Software Group, adopting IRIS Accountancy Suite, KashFlow, IRIS OpenSpace and IRIS OpenHosting to transition from paper-based processes to an online practice.

IRIS Software Group implemented IRIS OpenSpace for client collaboration, IRIS OpenHosting to migrate critical systems to secure remote hosting, and KashFlow (white‑labelled as Tally Accounts) as the client-facing accounting platform. The move delivered a fully digital back‑office, paperless client records, seamless data flow from clients into practice systems, and wider UK client reach; IRIS also supported the rollout with training, including nearly thirty short videos, leaving Tally Accounts better prepared for Making Tax Digital and more efficient in day‑to‑day operations.
