Jaynes & Co, a Braintree accounting practice led by sole practitioner Elizabeth Coeshall and a team of four serving nearly 300 clients, had grown frustrated with poor support and limited functionality from their Sage software. Jaynes & Co can now record time directly with IRIS Time & Fees, run straightforward billing reports, manage payroll for around 40 clients and handle online filing and corporation tax tagging more easily—resulting in faster, more accurate workflows, far fewer support calls and a firmwide confidence in the system within a year.
