IRIS Assets a success across 33 school Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust

The Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust, a rapidly growing group of 33 schools, needed a centralized way to manage assets, documentation, and compliance across its sites. Working with IRIS Software Group and its IRIS Assets platform, the trust set out to replace spreadsheets with a more reliable system that could improve stewardship, consistency, and confidence in emergency readiness.

IRIS Software Group implemented IRIS Assets to provide a central repository for compliance records, contract renewals, and asset details, including smartboards, computers, and other IT equipment. The result has been a complete overview across all schools, easier access to maintenance and compliance information, and a more efficient asset-management process supported by strong training and account management for around 40 regular users.
