Ings Farm Primary School struggled to get parents to complete and return permission slips and information forms, with staff often having to chase responses manually. By moving forms, surveys, and permissions into ParentMail, Ings Farm Primary School saw responses rise dramatically. A parental interest form increased from 17 replies by letter to over 60 online, a trip form sent to 115 parents received a 90% response rate, and some club forms reached 100% responses almost instantly. IRIS Software Group’s solution also reduced admin time and improved parent engagement, with staff using it for trips, clubs, events, and surveys.
