Ysgol Nantgwyn, a school in South Wales, wanted a better way to manage parents’ evenings and improve attendance. Before Covid, bookings were time-consuming for staff and attendance was only around 50/60%, so they turned to IRIS Software Group and its Parents’ Evening Manager product to modernize the process.

IRIS Software Group implemented Parents’ Evening Manager to automate booking from start to finish, let parents add notes, and support both video and face-to-face appointments. The result was a big rise in engagement, with the school reporting 89% attendance at its latest parents’ evening, along with positive feedback from parents who appreciated the flexibility and control.
