Morris Owen, a long-established firm with offices in Swindon and Cirencester, was struggling to track work across multiple departments and found their existing accounts production software inadequate. IRIS Software Group implemented a phased rollout of the IRIS Accountancy Suite—accounts, company secretarial, tax modules and IRIS Practice Management—along with customisation using IRIS AutoMail and a single shared database. The solution delivered a central client screen and shared numerical data that removed re-keying, automated workflows, improved informed client communications, achieved firm-wide staff adoption and strengthened customer retention, realizing the productivity gains Morris Owen sought.
