George Stephenson High School, a secondary school with 1,298 students, had been using IRIS Software Group’s ParentMail service since 2012 to communicate with parents, but needed a better way to increase parent registration and simplify online payments. Managing cash and cheque payments for trips, revision guides, and other school costs was time-consuming, and the school wanted more parents signed up and using the system.

IRIS Software Group helped the school drive adoption by using a prize draw incentive for parents who registered by a set deadline, which pushed registration to over 90%. With ParentMail online payments in place, the school can now track who has paid, reduce manual admin, and manage school payments much more easily.
