From 0 to 100 fledgling firm’s client numbers soar as IRIS plays ‘fundamental’ role

Peppermint Cloud Ltd is a Wiltshire-based accountancy firm set up by Hannah Walton and Karen Fletcher in summer 2018. They needed compliant, efficient software that would let them avoid a traditional office, minimise administrative burden and enable seamless collaboration while working from two home offices 30 miles apart. To meet these needs they chose IRIS Software Group’s IRIS Accountancy Suite and IRIS Hosting.

IRIS Software Group delivered a hosted accountancy solution that lets the partners work together remotely, share screens and run all practice systems as a single, integrated platform. As a result Peppermint Cloud’s client base has grown from 0 to a starting 15 and now to well over 100 in nearly two years, reduced the need for extra admin staff (IRIS was judged cheaper than hiring 10 hours/week of help) and is credited by the owners as “fundamental” to their efficient, scalable operations.
