Estuary Housing, an Essex-based housing association, sought support from IRIS Software Group to improve its recruitment campaigns. Their challenge was to more effectively target candidates in specific locations and with relevant interests for their job vacancies while also reaching a wider talent pool.

The solution implemented by IRIS involved adding social media campaigns to their recruitment software. Using tools on Facebook and LinkedIn, including video adverts and sponsored content, IRIS dramatically amplified the reach of Estuary’s job adverts. For a campaign to fill 10 care assistant roles, this approach achieved 2,281,516 impressions and reached 428,656 people, successfully broadening their geographical targeting and attracting relevant applicants.
